Vision Boards help us manifest our goals by creating a list of the goals we want to achieve, then gathering images, words, quotes, and other bibs and bobs to create a collage that represents your goals and inspires you.
The collage is created on a board or poster or even digitally, and kept somewhere that is readily visible so that your goals are kept top of mind to promote powerful visualisation.
On the 23rd of January, Heart Centred Reiki is holding a short Vision Board workshop where we will identify our goals and create an inspiring vision board for 2022. This technique, already powerful in creating manifestation, will be doubly powerful because we will be including Reiki healing and meditations that help us to ground and activate our vision and remove the blocks that have thwarted us in the past.
