Refunds
Cancellations
All bookings incur a small bank fee, that fee will be removed from refunds.
Cancellations due to COVID Lockdowns will be 100% refunded within 48 hours of announcement /or
transferred to another Heart Centred Reiki course at your request.
Cancellations by Heart Centred Reiki due to unforeseen issues will be 100% refunded within 48
hours /or transferred to another Heart Centred Reiki course at your request.
Our refund policy covers
Services not done with due care and skill
- Services not fit for a particular purpose
- Services took too long
- Services caused damage to property
- Cancelling a contract for services
Refund requests must be made within five days of the agreed service. Responses are handled on a
per client basis, generally cancellations made 5 or more the booked class/treatment or event
commences will not receive a refund.
