- The three Reiki symbols used in healing,
- Lots of meditation,
- Lots of practice including Distance Reiki over ZOOM,
- Sending Reiki to past and future events
- Beaming Reiki to a group
- You can take part in the attunements if you would like to (and who wouldn’t)
- Spiritual, mental, and emotional development.

We support our Reiki 2 graduates with access to our private Facebook group to meet with others who are on the same path as you and with practice events both online and in-person help to keep you on track.
