When it comes to energy healing, intention is everything.

It is one of the most important things that I teach in my reiki classes and it can take some time and practice to feel like you have it right.

I am grateful for where I live, the trees, the open space, the fields for horses and pigs, the birds and so much more. I think about gratitude every day, but today, World Day of Gratitude is a day to put it in writing and to say thank you to everyone who supports Heart Centred Reiki.
