In January and February 2026, Heart Centred Reiki will support you to start your year with clear intentions that will help you to manifest your goals with one of our different manifestation tools.
Why intention?
Intention creates clarity which makes it easier for you to:
- recognise opportunities when they appear
- make choices that are consistent with what you’re calling in
- notice when something is not aligned and adjust your path
Intention influences what you notice:
Your brain naturally filters reality based on relevance — intention tells your system what matters.
You are more likely to:
- see pathways you previously overlooked
- have more frequent synchronicities (probably because awareness has shifted)
- find that your decisions are more intuitive and embodied
Intention is the bridge between desire and action
- It helps anchor your desire into the present moment and you find yourself responding rather than reacting.
When intention is clear, embodied, and held with openness, manifestation becomes less about “making something happen” and more about allowing what is aligned to unfold.
Intention and Manifestation Workshops
Our workshops use meditation, visualisation, chakra work, and guided questions to help you identify and articulate your goals and the steps required to fulfil them. If you already have set goals, this workshop can help you to further refine them and the define the steps along the way.
Our workshops include:
- Vision board to create a visual collage of images, symbols and words that represent your goals
- Crystal Grid with crystals placed on a geometric board to amplify your intention and manifestation
- A 2 day purpose workshop where you leave with a clear direction and plan to manifest your purpose in life
Reiki amplifies your intention and aligns your energy to create magic
Many people who have had energy healing such as Reiki, think that the intangible, beautiful thing they can feel coming from the practitioner is doing the healing that they are looking for.
And it is. What many feel during a session is universal energy. But it is the practitioner’s intention, and even the intention of the recipient that is key to making energy healing work.
I have learnt so much about intention in the decades that I have been doing this work, and it is core to healing and manifestation. It is because of this all important intention that we can send Reiki or other energy healing to a person on the other side of the world and they receive it as if they were in the same room as the practitioner. It is also what makes these manifestation workshops so powerful.
Intention brings your thoughts, emotions, nervous system, and subtle energy into the same direction. So when we add Reiki to the process (and we do in all three workshops):
- resistance softens
- self-sabotage becomes easier to notice
- your system feels safer to receive
