Having Reiki on their side helps children to become stronger emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually making it easier to deal with feeling anxious, confused, angry or upset.
The Class includes grounding work, meditation, one attunement, self reiki and practice giving reiki to friends and family.
We use games, engaging exercises and reiki tailored to the age group.
