Heart Centred Classes
Self-Reiki is one of the most beautiful things that you can do for yourself. So is giving Reiki to family, friends, pets, and eventually clients if you want to work professionally.
Reiki levels 1 and 2 are taught at Heart Centred Reiki over two days in the beautiful and serene surroundings of Black Range near Gariwerd, (The Grampians). Self Reiki is one of the first things that you will learn.
Heart Centred Classes
Traditional USUI Reiki 1 Course
Learning Reiki 1 provides the opportunity to restore balance, reduce stress, get grounded and experience enhanced health.
You get the gift of connecting to the flow of universal energy and with on-going practice you are likely to experience less anxiety, more energy, and feel a deep connection to source (or life more generally). By giving Reiki to family and friends, they get to experience those same feelings of relaxation and connection.
Reiki 1 graduates are supported with access to our private Facebook group and with 21 days of practice after your class finishes. Other practice events both online and in person help to keep you on track into the future. These are invaluable to helping you continue with Reiki for yourself and for others.

Traditional USUI Reiki 2 Class
The decision to continue your Reiki journey by completing a Reiki 2 class is an exciting one. You develop more resources for your Reiki toolbox; you learn to more specifically direct Reiki energy; and learn the three Reiki symbols used in healing, meditation, and spiritual, mental, and emotional development. You leave this class able to send reiki from any distance at all; to more than one person at a time; to situations; to countries in crisis and much more.
We support our Reiki 2 graduates with access to our private Facebook group to meet with others who are on the same path as you and with practice events both online and in-person help to keep you on track. These are invaluable to helping you continue with Reiki for yourself and for others.

Reiki Master Teacher Training
You might think that becoming a Reiki Master is the culmination of hard work and dedication, and yes, hard work and dedication are involved, but becoming a Reiki Master is not an ending. It is the beginning of your path to personal and spiritual development and enlightenment.
Of course, you were already on this journey, but after Reiki Master attunement your journey includes the gift teaching Reiki to others
Our Master Teacher Trainer Course is comprehensive and engaging. As with all our Reiki classes, there is plenty of time allocated to Reiki practice. Some of the theory will be delivered over two short live online courses in addition to the two day weekend course. Post course support will be available.
During the course, you will be attuned to the Master symbol, learn the meaning and function of all 4 Usui reiki symbols and learn how to teach them to others.

Heart Centred Animals
Animal Reiki 1 Class
My lifelong love for animals and my study of animal communication have brought great joy to my life.
As a child, my family wasn't great at showing each other love, but oh my gosh, could we show it to animals!
I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by horses, dogs, cats, cockatoos, Guinea pigs, farm animals and more.
Every time I give an animal Reiki I have an intense feeling of love exchanged between us, which probably makes this the best job in the world.
The ability to give your pet, (and even wild animals) Reiki is an incredible feeling. Just do a Reiki 1 class or an Animal Reiki 1 which is similar to Reiki 1 with a focus on practicing Reiki on animals.
Most Reiki classes mention Animal Reiki, without information or time to practice on animals.
Those attuned to Reiki can do the half-day Animal Reiki Workshop to build their knowledge and confidence.

Animal Reiki Workshop
The world needs Reiki energy, as do wild, domestic and working animals. If you are already attuned to Reiki, chances are it was mentioned that Reiki is great for animals, and that was the extent of information that you were given on animal Reiki. This workshop has been created for those already attuned to Reiki who would like specific practice with animals along with the knowledge you need to give Reiki effectively such as animal Chakras, how to know when the animal has had enough and how to ensure that you can stay safe.

Heart Centred Living
We have seven main energy centres (Chakras) located along our spinal column. Each one of these circular vortexes of energy are connected to bundles of nerves, organs, and glands within the body.
When a chakra is blocked, our life energy also gets blocked which leads to negative impacts on our physical, emotional, and mental health.
Our two Chakra Workshops can be taken independently or in conjunction with each other, both will make a real and positive difference in your life.
Activate Your Chakras for Better Health
This weekend workshop is exactly the right mix of information about our seven main chakras to understand their influence over our health and well-being.
We will focus on each Chakra individually including health problems associated with unbalanced Chakras, how to balance them, specific affirmations, mandalas, and more.
Each Chakra will combine facilitated healing with meditations to help ring each Chakra into balance along with information on how to maintain that balance and bring back into balance as needed.
No matter where you are on your healing journey, balanced chakras will make it a better experience.

Create a Purposeful life By Activating Your Chakras
There is a lot of talk about manifestation. You could be forgiven for believing that by focusing your attention on something it miraculously manifests in your life. This can happen, but not without intention and putting in the work!
This course helps us to get our chakra system in balance so that our energy system is in balance. We will use the Chakras to help us to identify, set and manifest goals. We will learn to focus on intention rather than put our attention to what is lacking. (whereby we will keep manifesting what is lacking).
This is a powerful way to change our life in meaningful and fruitful ways.

Heart Centred Retreats and Play Days are an opportunity to immerse yourself in Reiki with like minded friends, in the beautiful environs of our Black Range studio, in the Northern Grampians.

One Day Reiki Retreat
The system of Reiki includes meditation, hands-on healing, precepts to live a more spiritual life, and more. Reiki treatments can help to reduce stress and anxiety levels, aids in physical recovery, and can take us deeper on a spiritual path.
An opportunity to immerse yourself in Reiki for a day, with the addition of crystals that amplify the energy, chakra balancing and a manifestation workshop.
You do not need to be attuned to Reiki to attend, this is an opportunity to experience the beauty of reiki in a safe and supportive environment. If you are attuned, you are more than welcome to come along and soak up the positive and healing energy. All you need is a desire to immerse yourself in the healing energy of Reiki and an open heart.

Many students come to Reiki, in part, because they want to change the way they are living - great choice, because life with Reiki in it is quite different, (and much better), than life without Reiki. So, if this is you, congratulations on your decision, and we’ve got you covered.
Going home after a few days of learning Reiki; giving and receiving Reiki treatments; spending quality time with new, like-minded friends; can feel a bit lonesome. I understand that I have lived that. So Heart Centred Reiki will support you from your first contact with us. Your questions are welcomed and will be answered leading up to registration. Before the course starts you will receive information to help you prepare for the Attunements. When you graduate you will be invited to join our private Facebook page for Reiki graduates, to attend our in-person and/or online practice sessions.
Course Details
The course is held in tranquil Black Range at the foot of Gariwerd/Grampians allowing you to immerse yourself in nature bringing more enjoyment to your time with us.
Reiki courses generally commence around 9.30 am and finish mid-afternoon on both Saturday and Sunday afternoons. You will be notified of the exact times when you register. Please note that finishing times can vary depending on the size of the class. If you have to finish by a certain time, please let us know as soon as possible after registration.
Black Range is between Great Western and Stawell. It is just under 300 km from Melbourne: 75 km from Horsham, 200km from Geelong and just over 100km from Ballarat.
