DESCRIPTION:Learning Reiki 1 provides the opportunity to restore balance\, reduce stress\, get grounded and experience enhanced health. \nYou get the gift of connecting to the flow of universal energy and with on-going practice you are likely to experience less anxiety\, more energy\, and feel a deep connection to source (or life more generally). By giving Reiki to family and friends\, they get to experience those same feelings of relaxation and connection. \nReiki 1 graduates are supported with access to our private Facebook group and with 21 days of practice after your class finishes. Other practice events both online and in person help to keep you on track into the future. These are invaluable to helping you continue with Reiki for yourself and for others.
